While a major focus has been India, the Company’s equity investments have also extended into the western bloc as well. These include the highly regulated markets of USA, Switzerland and the European Union, and these investments are held in the currencies of the respective geographies.

The Equity investments of Buimerc complements the fixed income and real estate assets, by providing the opportunity for higher capital appreciation in addition to regular cash flows through dividends. The Buimerc Investment strategy is to research, and identify, established companies that not only have a proven track record of growth, profit generation and dividends, but also ensures corporate governance and maintains professionalism in their activities.

Buimerc Corporation has now been approved and certified as a Foreign Portfolio Investor by SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India), for investments into India. This approval enables Buimerc to scale up its investments.

Fixed Income

Since preservation of capital is a priority for Buimerc Corporation, a portion of it is allocated into money market instruments. This, in addition, provide predictable stream of income on set dates.

Real Estate

Buimerc investment into various forms of real estate provides asset diversification and also the fact that real estate assets build long term value and have low correlation with other asset classes. Real estate provides predictable cash flows and since it is a tangible asset, it can serve as collateral as well. Real Estate assets are further leveraged to build wealth.
